What has been
Exhibited here for the first time, "what has been" is a meditation on the mundane suface features of the contemporary suburban landscape and the scars that have been inflicted upon it in the name of devolpment.
Taken along the margins of a busy road within the Dublin commuter belt, these placeless images focus the viewer's attention on the scenes of a journey taken by many but seen by few.
A practising photographer, Ian received an MFA in Documentary Photography from the University of Wales, Newport College in 2006, After completing the course in Sallynoggin College.
